Well here we are again, another week has passed us by. Does anyone other than me feel that the year is flying by? I feel that my time is being spent each day working, school and sleeping, then it's time to start the next day with the same routine. I'm going to have to change my schedule around to start putting more fun things to do in my life......my life is boring right now.

Well enough about that. So this week I have been shopping for my new grandbaby and it isn't even due (oh yeah, I haven't let you know yet) December 25th, yes a christmas baby. Exciting....we are going to spoil him/her (i hope him) before he/her ever gets here. I have spent more time in the baby section since finding out it is not even funny. This will be the first grandbaby for me and my husband, the first on my daughter-in-laws side, which means it's the first great-grandchild for my mother and my husbands parents'. We are all so excited and can't wait. I know that I will defiantly make enough play time then. Well I sure that I have taken enough of your time, so until next week.....have a great day.

Good day to all..... I have had a very busy week and weekend. My sons best friend got married and it makes me feel a little old. However, my week was brightened again when my son and daughter-in-law informed me that I was going to be a Grandmother. Yes I know that should have made me feel older than the wedding of a longtime close friend of our family, however it made me excited and over joyed. I'm greatful that they are going to be blessed with a great little one. I pray for their health and that they baby remains healthy as well. I will try to keep up my post after this course for those of you that have become avid readers of my blog; so that I can keep you informed of my progress to become a grandmother. My family has been asking me what I want to be called when this blessed day come and I believe that I will carry on my mother's heritage of being called "Oma", german for grandmother. This will give not only my mother great honor but my grandmother as well.

Well I guess I will let you go for now and will come back soon and let you know the due date. Probably a Christmas baby......Yeah.

Fun Filled Day of ReLaXaTiOn with the Family

After watching and following the NFL drafts on Thursday night, Friday and Saturday, I spent the day with my family enjoying some bowling. I had watched my husband and daughter play two frames and then I joined in on the third frame becuase I could not sit any longer and just watch. However, because my impatience got the best of me my arm is paying for it now. Although I'm paying for it now, it is memories I can never forget. Back to the story: I joined them in the thrid frame to only be the first place player. My daughter said to me why did you have to join I was beating daddy until you came of course my reply was "Because I couldn't sit and watch anymore". Never the less she told me later this was a great day for her. I love my family and can't wait to have several more days like today.

I guess my new NFL team will be the Denvor Bronchos.....Go Tim Tebow!!!!! Yes, I'm a big Tebow fan. I loved him with the Gators and will love him with the Bronchos.

Well another week has passed us by and I'm not sure I know where it went. I have enjoyed being able to share part of my life with everyone. This week has been extremely busy for me. I still am looking for a car and it's not going very well. My daughter infomred me the other day that I needed to get the new camero! We asked her why and she said because then she would have a cool car to drive when I wasn't driving it. I then replied to her comment, I don't think so. I guess she thinks because we are having to get a new care we should buy the car she want's. No Way!!! I guess (hope) we will find one soon. Well other than work, school and looking for a car my life has been very boring. Maybe next week I will have a little more excitement. So farewell for now maybe I can bring back some ExCiTeMeNt soon.

Hello all, hope you all are having a great day. I have been busy with work and school. I have not been able to figure out how some people find time for fun. I leave my house at 6:30am most mornings and don't get back home until 6:30pm or 7:00pm most evenings. I then come in to a family that is always wondering what is for dinner and then sit down to work on school work. I seem to find very little time here lately for me, much less my family.

My daughter asked me the other day (Wednesday) what we were going to do this weekend, I looked at her and said, "what do you think I'm going to be doing?" the same thing I do most weekends, working on school work. Please don't get me wrong, I am glad that I have gone back to school but sometimes I feel that is all my life has become is work and school. I need a vacation for just one weekend. I think my new goal is going to be finding time to spend with my family one weekend a month and not spend every weekend working on school work.

Ok enough about me and my boring life. I was nice to my daughter though. I sent her with my sister her aunt to Disney World on Saturday. She had a blast so I don't feel too bad now.

Evening fellow bloggers. I have had a very busy week with work, school and trying to find a new car, since I totalled my other one. I'm getting ready for Easter this weekend so I'm trying to get as much done prior to Saturday as possible.

My big Becuase I Said So moment this week is regarding me being able to upgrade my phone. My daughter also wants to change her phone and wants me to find out if we are able to do it and take advantage of our carrier's BOGO offer. She asked me earlier when was I going to make the call and inquire about it and I told her probably tomorrow (Friday) night and she asked why couldn't I do it tonight and you guessed it....."Because I Said So".

Well I guess if i'm going to get things done I better get going and get to them.

Stephanie Alvarez here. First time blogger, all time Facebook status updater! As you can tell this is new to me. I guess I will tell you a little about myself. I have been married for twenty years, I have two children, one son age twenty-three who is married, one daughter age nineteen who still lives at home. I enjoy hanging out with my family, playing on Facebook, reading and shopping with my daughter. My must haves are coffee, coffee, coffee, cell phone, glasses, computer, christian music, oh and coffee. I can't stand when someone slams a door(s).
